How to Draw a Tree and Birds With Fountain Pen – Super Easy – Narrated

Hello my friends and welcome
to another Tuesday of tutorial! I am Leonardo Pereznieto and
today we will do something very simple, a tree and birds with a fountain pen. We begin with the trunk of the tree,
and some of its branches. Remember that the branches of trees
generally are not curving, they look better if you do short straight lines. We draw the land, some plants
and we start shading. We do this
hatching and crosshatching to make it darker. Good! And let’s do the foliage. We can do this very simply by scribbling [laughter]. As per the survey that we did
a few weeks ago, I will be making some very simple tutorials as well as some more advanced or complicated ones. This one is one of the very simple ones,
that everyone can follow and duplicate. You don’t even need a fountain pen for this. You can do this drawing with a fine marker, or with a regular pen, or even with pencil if you prefer that look. I want some hills at different distances,
so we can give an atmosphere of depth, or space. And we shade the different hills. The closer they are, the darker they would
be as the atmosphere, generally, makes things
that are at a distance, lighter and fainter. I want this first plane a lot darker,
so we will do lines in different directions. First we crosshatch like this… I find this process really relaxing! Very enjoyable! Once this is done, we do more
nearly vertical. And then, horizontally. or better said, following the plane. Like so. As this video is sped up, it looks
pretty fast. But actually, I’m doing this slowly taking my time, enjoying it. Let’s make another branch
and foliage over here… and over here. Good! I want the trunk of the tree still darker, so I will take extreme measures and scribble all over it [laughter] That’s better. That’s more like it. Alright! Now I will darken and slightly
expand the foliage. Some more here, here and here. And now, to give it some life and movement,
let’s draw some birds! Alright! And I´ll darken a little bit more
the top of the hills. Very good! ¡Excelente! Its ready! If you enjoyed it
please give it a LIKE! share it to your friends and subscribe
to Fine Art-Tips. And I will see you
on Tuesday 😉 Subtitled by Grethel Trejo
